Our Leadership

Tom Larance, President and CEO
When founding the company in 2001, Tom realized that the concierge industry was more than just providing a luxury service, it was about giving back the luxury of time. Since then, CCS concierges have been trained to ask the right questions in order to provide our guests and clients a memorable, time saving experience. Larance has used his ability to monitor trends to step in front of the demand curve and give his clients and guests exactly what they’re requesting in the most efficient way possible.. More

Larance is seen as an expert in the concierge field. As such, his insights and experience have been called upon by various media outlets, including publications such as The Wall Street Journal, television news programs, and industry trade journals. He is a founding member and was the executive vice president of the National Concierge Association (NCA). During his tenure at the NCA, Larance traveled to Japan to speak and promote the concierge business. Additionally, Larance is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Owners and Managers International (BOMA), and has served as president of the Concierge Network of Chicago (CNC).

Meghan Rooney, Director of Operations

Meghan Rooney oversees the day-to-day operations at Corporate Concierge Services. With a strong service sensibility, enviable organizational skills, and the ability to see ahead of the curve, she is uniquely equipped to lead our staff members to deliver the extraordinary service experiences that CCS is known for.

Rooney works closely with CCS’s CEO, Regional Managers, Project Coordinators, and Human Resources staff to ensure that service at our locations across the country is being expedited promptly. Moreover, she is our head troubleshooter and ensures and that any unforeseen issues that may arise are taken care of seamlessly and resolved to our client’s satisfaction.

Rooney joined Corporate Concierge Services after a five year career in marketing and event planning. She also worked for the internationally acclaimed law firm DLA Piper where she planned and arranged myriad details involved in law firm events. Rooney earned her Bachelor of Arts at Chicago’s Columbia College.

Rebecca L. Devaud, Regional Manager

Based in Chicago, DeVaud oversees retail concierge and guest services for accounts across the United States.

She is responsible for establishing the CCS standard of service in addition to recruiting,hiring, conducting customer service training programs, motivating and coaching onsite teams as well as brining her creativity and insight to the table as we work to design and implement new service experiences at our locations. She flourishes in fast-paced environments.

DeVaud earned her BBA in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology and Ecomonics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

Clark Woodford Picture

Clark Woodford, Regional Manager
As Regional Manager for CCS, Clark Woodford is responsible for managing existing accounts, developing and maintaining client relations, and supporting our Corporate concierge Services’ continued growth throughout the region.

Woodford’s extensive hospitality background sets the stage for his signature guest focus. He has worked with many of the West Coast’s finest hotels and has served on the boards of local concierge associations. He is also a member of Les Clefs d’Or, USA. With a parallel background in human resources, Woodford’s unique skill set, based in management and training experience, ensures that CCS’ core values are being maintained at all times.

Dan Pufunt Picture

Dan Pufunt, Project Coordinator
Shortly after graduating from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Hospitality Management, Dan came on board with CCS. Dan serves as the Project Coordinator for Corporate Concierge Services. This position encompasses assisting the President and Director of Operations with a variety of tasks including marketing, vendor relations, social media efforts, technology initiatives, staff and building events, as well as research for new programs and client prospects.
